Easy Oil Painting in Photoshop

1. Click File than Open or (CTRL and O).

2. Navigate to the image you want and press Open button.



3. Duplicate layer by pressing CTRL and J. Rename your layer.




4. Go to Filter and click Filter Gallery. 



Click on arrow to open Distort folder. Click on Glass. 



Set the Distortion to 7, Smoothness to 7 and for the Texture, select Tiny Lense and change the Scaling to 80%.




5. Go to Filter and click on Filter Gallery. 



Click on arrow to open Artistic folder. Click on Paint Daubs. 



Set the Brush Size to 5, Sharpness to 20 and Brush Type to Simple.




6. Go to Filter and click Filter Gallery. 



Click on arrow to open Texture folder. Click on Texturizer. 



Set the Texture to Canvas, Scaling to 100%, Relief to 5 and for Light select Top.



And taa daaaa :)
