How to add a pdf document to a blogger blog? (Kako dodati pdf dokument na blogger blog?)

Problem: You have a pdf document that you want to share with the rest of the world for free.

Solution: Change the access control.

1. You have a finished pdf document that you want to share.

2. Place that pdf document on google drive where it will stay as long as you want it to be shared.

I have a drive ONLY for free PDF documents. There are NO other documents on that drive.

3. When you enter the folder where your free PDF is located, click on the three dots one below the other in the upper right corner of the document. A menu will open where you should select the second option "Manage access".

4. The "Manage access" menu will open.

In the "General access" section, click on "Restricted".

5. Click on "Restricted" again. Below it says: only people who have been added can open it.

6. Click on the second option “Anyone with a link”.

7. The option "Anyone with a link" will open.

Below it says: Anyone on the internet with this link can see.

8. Click on "Viewer" and THREE options will open for you, what the person with the link to your free document can do with that document.

Option 1: to just view the document (Viewer).

Option 2: to leave comments (Commenter).

Option 3: to edit the document (Editor).

In this example, the first option.

9. Click on the arrow in the lower left corner to exit to the folder where your free PDF is located.

10. Click again on the three dots one below the other in the upper right corner of the document, and select "Copy link" from the menu.

10. Go to your blogger blog, click the plus sign for a new article, in the text field write the name of your free pdf document. Highlight the text - the name of the pdf document. In the article formatting options, click on the add link icon, and in the link field, paste the link you just copied.

11. Add the title of your article. In the space for writing the article, write the text (before or after the link).

12. Click the button to publish the article.

13. The person who clicks on the link will open a pdf document.

Problem: imate pdf dokument koji želite besplatno da podelite sa ostatkom sveta.

Rešenje: promenite upravljanje pristupom.

1. Imate gotov pdf dokument koji želite da podelite.

2. Postavite taj pdf dokument na gugl drajv na kome ce stajati sve dok želite da bude podeljen.

Ja imam drajv SAMO za besplatne PDF dokumente. Na tom drajvu NEMA drugih dokumenata.

3. Kad udjete u folder gde vam se nalazi besplatan PDF, kliknite na tri tackice jednu ispod druge u gornjem desnom uglu dokumenta. Otvorice vam se meni gde treba da izaberete drugi opciju “Upravljanje pristupom” (en. Manage access).

4. Otvorice vam se meni “Upravljanje pristupom” (en. Manage access).

U seckciji “Opšti pristupi” (en. General access”) kliknite na “Ograničeno” (en. Restricted).

5. Ponovo kliknite na “Ograničeno” (en. Restricted). Ispod pise: samo osobe koje su dodate mogu da otvore.

6. Kliknite na drugu opciju “Bilo ko sa linkom”.

7. Otvorice vam se opcija “Bilo ko sa linkom”. 

Ispod pise: Svako na internetu sa ovim linkom može da vidi.

8. Kliknite na “Gledalac” i otvorice vam se TRI opcije sta osoba sa linkom vaseg besplatno dokumenta moze da uradim sa tim dokumentom.

Opcija 1: da samo pogleda dokument (en. Viewer).

Opcija 2: da ostavlja komentare (en. Commenter).

Opcija 3: da uredjuje dokument en. Editor).

U ovom primeru, prva opcija.

9. Klikom na strelicu u donjem levom uglu izadjite do foldera gde vam se nalazi besplatan PDF.

10. Kliknite opet na tri tackice jednu ispod druge u gornjem desnom uglu dokumenta, I iz menija izaberite “Kopiraj link” (en. Copy link).

10. Idite na vas blogger blog, kliknite plus znak za novi članak, u prostor za pisanje napisite ime vaseg besplatnog pdf dokumenta. Oznacite tekst - ime vaseg pdf dokumenta. U opcijama za formatiranje članka kliknite na ikonicu za dodavanje linka, i u polje za link prekopirajte link koji ste malopre kopirali.

11. Dodajte naslov vaseg članka. U prostor za pisanje članka napisite tekst (pre ili posle linka).

12. Kliknite na dugme da objavite članak. 

13. Osobi koja klikne na link otvorice se pdf dokument.
