Personal experience: bad.
I don't think that no one bought any of my products, but the experience directly with Etsy.
I deleted my Etsy shop because:
1. Bad communication via email. I'm talking to AI chat. Minus 50 points.
2. Removal of tax for products that have not been sold. Wtf. Minus 100 points. So, every time you publish a product or renew a product, they take 0.04 cents as a fee.
3. Spam messages, when you publish a new product, where they ask you via a link that you click and it looks like Etsy, to enter the data from the card to confirm the order. Before that, you receive a message as if from an interested buyer. Then you get a message that you have a sale and to click the link and enter your card information. Minus 100 points. When you enter the store directly, you don't have sales. ⚠️ Be careful. ⚠️
4. Unfounded withdrawal of money from the card + impossibility to solve the problem, i.e. to check why it was taken off my card. They asked me via AI email to send the data from the card to see why? Not to swear. There's no way I'm giving them my information via email. Especially since they said that communication takes place with the help of AI chat. Their answer - you know, we have no other way to check. F*ck off. Minus a lot of points. The amount was not much, $4, but my money, and for what!?
5. Another undetermined amount, for the renewing of the product. They charged me 0.72 cents, and the renewal is 0.24 cents.
All in all, a bad experience and I wouldn't open an Etsy store again, no matter what they change! Because they don't exist from yesterday.

Ne mislim da niko nije kupio neki od mojih proizvoda, nego iskustvo direktno sa Etsi-jem.
Obrisala sam Etsi prodavnicu zbog:
1. Losa komunikacija putem email-a. Pricam sa AI chat. Minus 50 poena.
2. Skidanje takse za proizvode koji nisu prodati. Wtf. Minus 100 poena. Znaci, svaki put kad objavite proizvod ili obnovite proizvod, uzimaju vam 0.04 centa za taksu.
3. Spam poruke, kad objavite nov proizvod, gde vam traže preko linka koji kliknete i izgleda kao Etsi, da unesete podatke sa kartice da bi potvrdili porudzbinu. Pre toga dobijete poruku kao od zainteresovanog kupca. Zatim dobijete poruku da imate prodaju i da kliknete link i unesete podatke o kartici. Minus 100 poena. U prodavnicu kad udjete direktno nemate prodaju. ⚠️ Budite pažljivi. ⚠️
4. Neosnovano skidanje novca sa kartice + nemogucnost da reše problem tj. da provere zašto mi je skinuto kad osnova. Trazili mi preko AI emaila da posaljem podatke sa kartice da bi videli zašto? Da ne lajem, malo morgen cu da im dam podatke sa kartice preko email-a. Njihov odgovor - pa znate ni nemamo drugi način da proverimo. F*ck off. Minus mnogooooo poena. Iznos nije bio velik $4 ali moje pare, i za sta bre!?
5. Jos neki neutvrdjen iznos, za obnovu proizvoda. Skinuli mi 0.72 centa, a obnova je 0.24 centa.
Sve u svemu lose iskustvo i ne bih opet otvarala Etsi prodavnicu, ma sta god promenili! Jer ne postoje oni od juce.
