How to download the Performance report from the Google Search Console (GSC) as a Google Sheet? Kako preuzeti Performans izvestaj iz Gugl konzole za pretragu (GSC) kao Gugl Tabela?

Problem: you need to export a Performance report from the Google Search Console (GSC), in a Google Sheet.

Solution: Performance tab, choose the date, then click on the Export button.

And how? Let's go step by step. The tutorial is from the phone. I hope it will be ok if you follow it from a computer.

1. Log in to your email.

2. Open the Google Search Console (GSC) in the Chrome browser.

There are two ways to get to the Performance report. The first is through the Overview tab, and the second through the Performance tab.

3. The first way, click on the "Overview" tab if you are not there already.

4. When the Overview opens, click on "Full report", which is located at the top, in the line of the Performance word. The "Full report" will open.

5. Second way, click on the "Performance" tab.

6. "Full report" will open.

7. Under the title Performance, select the period for which you want the report. The options offered are:

• 24 hours
• 7 days
• 28 days
• 3 months
• Custom

8. I chose "Custom".

On the Filter tab, select "Custom" and enter the dates you want. Press the "Apply" button.

9. The "Performance report" for the selected period will open.

10. Click on the button "Export" with the icon arrow down and a straight line below.

11. A menu will open with options in which format, i.e. program, you want the report. You have 3 options:

• Google Sheets (Google tables)
• Excel
• CSV

In this example, Google Sheets.

12. When you click the "Export" button, a window will open where you need to choose to which Google Drive you want to save your Performance report. Click OK.

This applies if you have more registered emails on your phone.

13. The Performance report opens immediately.

14. If you want to immediately change the name of the table (report), click on the three dots one below the other, in the upper right corner. 

From the drop-down menu, click on the first option, the pencil icon, and change or add what you want. 

In this example, I added the word 'Copy' to the beginning. Click OK.

15. Click once on the arrow in the lower part of the phone. The initial section on Google Drive will open, where your "Performance report" is.

16. Exit the Google Drive to get back to Google Search Console. Click twice on the arrow in the lower part of the phone. At least that's how it is for me :)

Resenje: Performans tab, izaberete datum, pa klik na preuzmi (en. Export) dugme. 

A kako? Idemo korak po korak. Tutorijal je sa telefona. Nadam se da biti ok ako pratite sa kompijutera. 

1. Ulogujete se na vas email.

2. Otvorite Gugl konzolu za pretragu (GSC) u Chrome pretrazivacu.

Na dva nacina mozete doci do Performans izvestaja. Prvi je preko Pregled taba, a drugi preko Performans izvestaja.

3. Prvi način, kliknite na “Pregled” tab (en. Overview) ako vec niste tu. 

4. Kad se otvori Pregled, kliknite na “Pun izvestaj” (en. Full report), koji se nalazi na vrhu, u liniji reci Performans. Otvorice se “Pun izvestaj”.

5. Drugi način, kliknite na "Performans" tab. 

6. Otvorice se “Pun izvestaj”.

7. Ispod naslova Performans izaberite period za koji zelite izvestaj. Ponudjene opcije su:

• 24 sata
• 7 dana
• 28 dana
• 3 meseca
• Prilagodjeno (en. Custom)

8. Ja sam izabrala “Prilagodjeno”.

Na "Filter" tabu izaberite “Prilagodjeno” i upisite datume od do koje zelite. Kliknite na dugme “Primeniti” (en. Apply).

9. Otvorice vam se “Performans izvestaj” za izabrani period.

10. Kliknite na dugme “Izvezi” (en. Export) sa ikonicom strelica na dole i ravna crta ispod.

11. Otvorice vam se meni sa opcijama u kom formatu tj. programu zelite vas izvestaj. Imate 3 opcije:

• Gugl Tabela (en. Google Sheets)
• Eksel (en. Excel)
• CSV 

U ovom primeru, Gugl Tabela.

12. Kad kliknete dugme “Izvezi” (en. Export), otvorice vam se prozor gde treba da izaberete na kom Gugl Drajv-u zelite da sacuvate vas Performans izvestaj. Kliknite na OK. 

Pod uslovom da na telefonu imate vise prijavljenih email-ova.

13. Odmah vam se otvara Performans izvestaj. 

14. Ako zelite odmah da promenite ime tabele (izvestaja), kliknite na tri tackice jedna ispod druge, u gornjem desnom uglu. Iz padajuceg menij, kliknite na prvu opciju, ikonica olovka, i promenite ili dodajte sta zelite. U ovom primeru, ja sam na početak dodala rec ‘Kopija’. Kliknite na OK.

15. Kliknite jednom na strelicu u donjem delu telefona. Otvorice vam se pocetni deo na Gugl Drajv-u, gde je vas “Performans izvestaj”.

16. Izadjite iz Gugl Drajv-a da bi dosli do Gugl konzole za pretragu. Kliknite 2 puta na strelicu u donjem delu telefona. Barem je kod mene tako :)
